A find becomes an item order
A name or product link can start the purchase request. Record the seller item and chosen variant at this stage; the later parcel may contain several purchased items, so the item payment should not be read as a door-to-door total.
Purchasing and warehouse inspection
Oopbuy describes purchasing followed by QC inspection. This is where the ordered item can be checked against the listing. A shared spreadsheet image can help narrow a choice, but the inspection of your purchase belongs to your order.
The separate Pack & Ship decision
Pack & Ship is a later choice about which warehouse items leave together. This is the point where parcel details and route options become relevant. Paying for goods earlier does not decide that parcel for you.
Costs attached to the item versus the parcel
Read charges against the record that generated them. Seller item cost belongs to purchase; international delivery belongs to the packed shipment. This separation prevents a low listing price from being mistaken for the complete spend.
Returns before parcel submission
If an item raises a question after inspection, address it before including it in a parcel. A return request about a seller item and a delivery enquiry about a shipped parcel need different records and may involve different parties.
