Who handles each stage
The seller supplies the item, the shopping service may place the purchase, a warehouse receives it, and a carrier moves the final international parcel. Your product link belongs near the beginning of that chain; your tracking number belongs much later.
A purchase service handles a requested buy; forwarding receives goods bought elsewhere.
Purchasing versus forwarding
A purchase service buys goods on your request. Forwarding starts after you have bought goods yourself and need a receiving/shipping route. If the original seller order fails, the two paths do not have identical responsibility.
The seller’s domestic handoff reaches a warehouse before international shipping begins.
Goods payment and shipping payment
Many journeys have an item payment and a later international shipping payment. The seller amount cannot answer what a combined parcel will cost; the parcel depends on selected goods, packing and route.
Paying for the goods and paying to ship a later parcel are often separate stages.
When warehouse evidence appears
Warehouse photos appear after receipt when a service provides that step. They concern the delivered item rather than every photograph you saw while browsing. Keep the order reference with any inspection question.
Some agents offer manual or expert buying for listings that need extra information. Check the brand guide for the service name and what details it asks for.
Where to continue for a specific agent
Once you know the stage, use the matching brand hub for its actual entry labels. The same general responsibility can be called DIY Order, Forwarding or a service-specific name on different public sites.
