CSSBuy Spreadsheet
CSSBuy separates questions about an order from questions about a parcel. Using the right record makes a short enquiry more useful than a long message about the wrong stage.
Browse categoriesDoes my CSSBuy question belong to My Order or My Parcel?
Find the right place for a purchase or parcel question: My Order, My Parcel and Add Note.
CSSBuy service entries
CSSBuy names Buy For Me, Expert Buy, Ship For Me and Search for me as service entries. A product find needs a clear seller/item reference before the right purchase route can be chosen.
My Order for purchase or return context
My Order is the visible entry for order enquiries. If your issue concerns the seller purchase or a return before shipping, the item order and its details are the relevant reference.
My Parcel for shipment context
My Parcel is the entry for parcel enquiries. Once selected goods have been submitted for shipping, use the parcel record for route or delivery questions rather than sending only the original product URL.
Add Note with the right record
Add Note appears with the enquiry paths. Attach the note to the record that actually contains the issue; a parcel number cannot replace a seller item variant when the question is about the purchase.
Where shared payment and shipping explanations belong
For cost and delivery decisions, follow the record boundary. A payment attached to buying goods and a later amount attached to shipping answer different questions.
CSSBuy enquiry questions
Is Add Note tied to an order or a parcel?
Add Note should accompany the record that holds your question. Use My Order for a purchase issue and My Parcel for a shipment issue.
Which information identifies a parcel enquiry?
Use the parcel number and latest route or delivery detail, not only the original seller item URL.
Read the order or parcel stage
Use My Order, My Parcel and Add Note with the right record.
