Sugargoo Spreadsheet
A Sugargoo product link, a stored item and a parcel refer to different records. The distinction becomes useful as soon as a seller purchase reaches QC & Storage.
Browse categoriesWhat separates a Sugargoo find, a stored item and an international parcel?
Follow a find from the seller listing to QC photos, storage and parcel preparation.
Product link versus a warehouse record
The seller link identifies the listing you asked to purchase. After goods arrive, the warehouse record describes the item received, which may include information the public listing never carried.
QC & Storage after purchase
Sugargoo’s public workflow names QC & Storage. Photographs can help with visible details; storage concerns the item awaiting a later choice. Terms that depend on your account or current policy should be read there when needed.
Choosing goods for a parcel
Selecting several stored items creates a parcel decision. The parcel may combine goods with different arrival dates, sizes or packaging needs, so plan the selection from your stored items rather than from a spreadsheet count.
Shipping Fee Estimation and measured parcel information
Shipping Fee Estimation helps plan delivery. The goods’ individual weights and a measured packed parcel are not interchangeable inputs; use the most relevant current information for the stage you are in.
Current storage information
A stored item and a submitted parcel are not the same status. Keep the item order, warehouse record and parcel record separate when asking about timing or an unresolved handoff.
Sugargoo item and parcel questions
Is warehouse storage the same as a parcel waiting to ship?
No. Storage describes an item held after arrival. A parcel exists when selected stored goods are prepared for shipment.
Why might a stored-item weight differ from parcel weight?
Packaging and grouping change what is measured. Use the later parcel details rather than assuming the sum of item weights is final.
